The location.

The house was dirty, including the beds had been slept in and not changed or made. Dirty towels in the bathroom. Internet did not work

I loved the clean environment, as train lovers we loved the railside view, the beds were comfortable too and Id love to stay again!

The only thing, not even a dislike but would be the table has screws missing etc so its sorta fragile

The welcome box was lovely upon arrival. Comfy beds, shower was lovely.

Wifi was terrible had to use my hotspot for the tv, 2nd bedroom didn't have a tv which was a little bit of a let down but okay. But apart from that loved our stay

Good Location, close to the bus station and direct access to the City Centre and train station.

The host was not responding to our communications and concerns. The house was too cold, the heaters were switched off. We could only access Wi-Fi the next morning, which was also our checkout day. Wrong/Misguiding advertisement.

Fab place, clean and comfortable beds.

We hated everything, it was dirty, we couldn't use the toilet as it filled up and wouldn't empty. The curtain rail fell on our head when closing the curtains. The letter box was broken and could see in the house. The blind in the bedroom was broken and didn't close. The coffee table in lounge looked like it was going to break. There was no lock on the bathroom door, he freezer had food.in from previous renters. It was just awful. I sent a message and tried to call twice regarding the toilet, there was no response and even cut my call the second time. Totally disgusting!
