Locality and a nice property . Beds were comfortable.

Some basic cleaning requirements bread crumbs in the toaster area, need emoting after use. Drainage in the shower blocked , toilet seat loose. Letter box cover in the floor. Key safe difficult to access. Possibly worn. Basic utensils missing bread or sharp knifes. Cutlery not sets of 4 missing pieces. Bin hard to open even push top. Wi-Fi was no good could not connect house router even my own mobile 5G kept failing. Pot and pans not adequate. New working tin opener required.

Did not like the property at all

The property absolutely stunk of cigarettes and green staff must have been aware as on arrival all windows were open. Unable to stay due to the very bad smell

Comfy beds and good location.

Very strong smell of cannabis inside the property. There was cup marks and crumbs all over the kitchen side and the little table. We wanted to cool some drinks quickly but the fridge was off. Bits of dirt on the floor throughout clearly hadn’t been hoovered, however the bedroom had. Black mould all around shower too. Just needs some tlc!

We did not have breakfast. The location was good

Toilet Seat was Broken. Could not get onto WiFi even with the code provided. Also phoned the Host & left a message but no one got back to me. Just wanted to confirm ok to leave car on drive & wanted to ask how to get th3 tv to work.

Nobody answered the phone when using contact numbers. Small things like broken toilet seat, broken bedroom blinds, no tv signal, carpet grippers exposed on landing floor on both bedrooms, the coffee table was very unsteady, and there’s train noise due to the house being so close to the tracks.

The location was good

The house wasn't that clean tea cups had to be washed before use still had tea stains. The toilet had a musty smell and last the wifi didn't work

Location was good house was clean and modern

I was waiting for the keycode outside the property the keycode should have been given days in advance despite several phone calls and emails. It is not great to stress people out on the first day of our break.
