Inner City Luxury With Free Parking

Proximity to cbd and stadium. . Walked to dinner.

There was a game on and roads to property had been closed by check in. It took 30 minutes to work our way around to get in. Front security light streams through window of front bedroom at night.

Location was perfect for the rugby at one Nz stadium

Was hard to locate the correct unit. The key pad batteries were going flat so could not access the unit. Had to message to get lock box code so we could use the key. I suggest the lock box code is given as well as the keypad code.

Nice showers, was great having two bathrooms and 3 toilets

Cleaning left a bit to be desired, carpets and couch need a serious clean. Keypad wouldn’t work so we couldn’t get in. Had to contact owner and use the key for our stay in the end. Some milk in fridge would have been nice. Neighbours on the second night were very loud, arguing outside in the middle of the night

Very clean and central

New facilities room with all the utensils and equipment. Location is good, short drive to the centre.

They change the door pin without informing. The garage remote was taken away by the previous tenant without informing us. As the garage is accessible to the house, in view of security reason, we have to block the door with the car in order not to allow any break in from the garage.

Clean tidy good location.

Some things broken or missing such as down stairs heat pump wouldn’t turn on and garage door remote was missing, manager was messaged but did not respond. Property got broken into overnight and had items stolen. No empathy or remorse from manager. Door uses electronic pin so whoever broke in would have known it. My guess is they don’t randomise the code each visit so just be aware.

Location was great, secure and close to the CBD. Bedrooms were spacious and full of light.

Carpets where very stained as was the sofa. Had to call host for pin as they had updated the door code and said they had informed me, re looking through all correspondence there wasn’t an update.
