The house was so cosy and clean

Very clean. Loved the little things that were left for us bread, butter and milk there. Great shower.too. Living room decorated for Christmas was a nice touch. Fantastic communication 🥰. Highly recommend. Will definitely return.

Great house for our short stay in Whitby - really good location, big spacious rooms, very clean, easy check-in and check-out. Definitely recommend and would absolutely stay again!

This is a lovely house! It's huge with living room, kitchen, dining room and 3 bedrooms. The bedroom on the top floor is the size of a small flat and has it's own ensuite, sofa, and breakfast bar type thing. Beds were very comfy, and the bedding had a lovely fresh fabric softener smell. There were plug sockets by our bed, which was helpful for phone charging. It was exceptionally clean. There was an easy to use boiler so we could keep the house at our preferred temperature. There was one of those helpful packs telling you all about how to use things in the house, what's nearby and what the local takeaways are. It's a very short walk down to the harbour (maybe 5 minutes) and only 10-20 minutes into the centre of Whitby. The lady who manages it was very friendly and helpful and had the place ready for us early. She also provided us with bread, butter, and milk which was very thoughtful. The water pressure in the showers is excellent. No problems with noise at night. There was not a complicated list of requested things to do when checking out.

Not the fault of the house, but it is on and surrounded by very narrow streets filled with cars, so if you leave at a busy time, it can be difficult to get out. Extra care is required. There was a bit of noise in the morning (presumably when working people were getting up), but it was over quickly, so you would be able to get back to sleep. Overall I would highly recommend staying here

It was a beautiful and spacious house that was very clean and in a great location. It took just 10 mins to walk into whitby town and all the shops. Each room was big, clean, and with comfy beds. There were 2 bathrooms that had great hot showers. The owners had put milk, bread, and butter at the property for us, too, and there were laundry liquid tabs for the washing machine and washing up liquid, which was really handy. We were all very comfortable, the WiFi was great, and the railway chippy a few doors down was outstanding. I would suggest a safety gate across the steps to keep doggies downstairs, i did use the clothes airer as a gate to stop my curious doggy lol (this is not a criticism though, just an observation). Our stay was fabulous, we would highly recommend.
