Little Chelsea Garden Flat

This is a tastefully decorated, immaculately clean, cosy apartment. It has everything you could need. Gorgeous garden/courtyard area, very private and peaceful. Extremely comfortable bed and powerful shower, along with modern electrical appliances. Very friendly hosts. It is 5 minutes from station and lits if local shops, cafes and pubs. We had a truly lovely stay.

Such a beautiful home, great location and a perfect place to relax. They have everything you need. I love that they have smart tvs in both the living room and bedroom! With access to Netflix and more. The hosts are so so kind and welcoming. Honestly one of the best places we have stayed. Thank you so much

Everything was perfect

Great Arts and Crafts style flat in central Eastbourne. Handy for everything!

Excellent location, incredibly friendly hosts, and very clean and comfortable

Perhaps i misread the directions , but i only recall seeing a mention of milk for the coffee when there wasnt any. Also, there was barely any handsoap, toilet paper, or laundry detergent, and we ended up buying more of those except for the detergent. It may be nice to have a bit more of those things without needing to wait on the hosts or buying them.

There was Breakfast?

After all this praise, why only a 9.0? That value comes courtesy of booking.com. The price of over £800 for our stay was not a trivial amount of money and had to be paid in full three months in advance, with no compensation on default. It was possible to take out an insurance policy, for a moderate additional cost, to cover a possible loss from cancellation. However, the first statute in the policy was that compensation would not be paid in the event of non-appearance due a pre-existing condition. We are in our late 80s and we each have a list of pre-existing conditions longer than one of Donald Trump’s ties. The most likely reason for our non-appearance would be one of those conditions, so we took the chance and were successful in being able to enjoy this excellent accommodation. But it easily could have been otherwise, so I regret that this will be the only occasion that we visit No 4 College Road.

Proximity to town centre, seafront and gallery.

The accommodation is clean & of a high standard. The apartment is very well equipped & is essentially a home from home. We had a pleasant stay.
