Have stayed several times and Phil and Jo have made some great improvements. Comfortable and clean rooms, good food and convenient location for seeing my children at Downside School. Phil and Jo are very friendly and responsive. I'm sure I will be back.

Hosts were extremely friendly and nothing was too much trouble.
