Lovely room, newly refurbished. Spacious, grand and nicely priced.

The noise travels easily between rooms. But as you're above a pub, who would not bring ear plugs?

Very warm welcome from the family.. riom recently fitted out, grade 2 listed traditional proper pub .mix of old and new features . Location means you can choose type of vacation, countryside, water falls and historic villages or city life and coast ..Few locals and and travellers.. short drive to park and ride for the city of bath. Proper coversation with owner,, son ypung man in training and guests. Room decorated to very good standard . Plenty of parking...

Wifi weak, but based on location and what pub is ,did not down mark it my phone internet was fine.. maybe few more bathroom soaps etc.. some slippers and bath robe could make itstay bit more special

Very friendly welcome from Phil and Jo on arrival and during my short stay. The room is freshly decorated and tastefully furnished, with lovely bedding and a comfortable mattress, and very spacious. Good options for breakfast and dinner and the bedroom and bar are spotlessly clean. Thank you for a comfortable, enjoyable and affordable stay..I’d recommend and also stay again.

The Kings Arms had everything I needed for my visit.

The entire experience was exceptional. Very friendly owners, excellent food, and frankly astonishing rooms. WAY beyond expectations. So much better than any other place we have stayed at this sort of budget.

Literally the only thing I can think of, was the lack of a shaving light over the mirror in my room. I suspect that oversight will be rectifies in short order.
