Location great, size of property.

Not as clean as expected. Bowl of left over scrambled eggs in cupboard. No baking trays for cooking. Very basic pots and pans. Dust on picture frames, skirting boards and generally not throughly cleaned. Smelt of dogs in lounge and funny smell in kitchen. No broom or hoover provided. Sofa dirty and uncomfortable as cushions you sit on keep moving. Lots of stains on walls mainly stairwell, but throughout property. Needs painting. Extra money for parking car in driveway which is very busy anyway and in contact use. Husband is a disabled driver blue badge holder. Property just felt grubby.

Lovely house, spacious, spotless, and great location.

There was a problem with a shower, but we managed with the bath.it was Christmas, and it was hard to get a plumber on demand.
