"Disgusting behaviour from the host"

Didn’t even get let in

The booking said no deposit and when I booked it they asked me for deposit when I didn’t have the money(I was on a budget and I was with my son)this place is unprofessional and absolutely disgusting do not go here if your on a budget absolutely disgusting and when I asked for my refund they didn’t give me shit i suggest no one goes here because they didn’t even respond me and my child where stuck outside in the freezing cold “-5 degrees” all night for absolutely f all DO NOT BOOK HERE

"I highly recommend a hotel like Hyatt than a property, is even more cheaper."

The cleanliness was top and the flat was a really nice place, highly recommend.

A big dislike was the key collection, you have to drive 10/15min distance and you don’t have a proper parking spot, also this flat - they have the option to pay for 2/3 or 4 people, so initially if you want to book this place for only 1 person - you have to pay automatically for 2 people, and if you add another person you will be charged £15 per person even if you paid already for 2 days people, it’s rip off + the deposit £150 is a bit too much for only 1night. Me personally, i would rather go for a hotel where you will also have a late check out for free - here you have to pay £60/h. Happy that we done the check out in time, otherwise we could have been changed £60 even for 5min extra. It’s unbelievable.
