Poor looking reception area Not one plant or painting to make it look welcome Too minamilistic , concrete, metal cold looking entrance . NO Aircon NO mirror big enough to see yourself in , in the whole apartment, apart from the bathroom . Bed too small. Clumsy front door lock

Take note, out of season paid R4500 for 2 nights, Don't forget your R2500 deposit you need to pay upon booking and wait 7 days for refuns. FOR R4500 NO AIRCOB

The host attitude, telling me there no aircon listed on app and want to show me. In Seq Point you take it as a basic thing you don't have to check especially in the price range we've paid, Arrogant and debating me on the matter that for a R4500 hotel room not having aircon is fine because it was not listed.

Apartment was very modern and amenities were very close by

Excellent location with convenient access to nearby areas. The apartment itself was clean, modern, and well presented.

There was excessive noise coming from within the apartment building at night and in the early mornings, which made it very difficult to sleep. The lack of air conditioning meant the windows had to remain open, further amplifying the disturbance. In addition, the bed was quite small for two people, which also affected sleep quality.
