Newly Remodeled Motel in Gatlinburg!

I loved the location of the place .It was quite and mostly clean except the baloney had lots of spider webs. Adein was very helpful with getting us what we needed!

The bed was very uncomfortable .I don't care for memory foam.Maybe a topper would help.

Really cute and clean little cabin. Opposite a great pancake place for breakfast. Comfortable bed and good use of a small space.

The air conditioner was so loud in such a small space it made it really hard to sleep so the choice was either stay awake and be too hot it stay awake because of the noise.

Window shade was broke, not enough privacy. Coffee pot leaks when pouring. Bathroom door scraped floor. Pillows were to big and hard. Bathroom drawers had hair in them.

The property was nice

I don't think they change the sheets there. We found a long black hair in our sheets. My husband and I have light hair. The curtain by the bathtub in the bathroom is covered in black mold. The floor is dirty and there are dead bugs.

Very nice and updated room...I went and bought a hair dryer i thought there was one in the room not a plug in in the bathroom...might want to fix the screen on the patio and maybe put a couple of chairs and a table out there would make a great touch to the place these are just suggestions we enjoyed our stay way better than staying in an actual hotel

A little Close to Downtown Gatlinburg

Checked out after 1 night! Paid for 4 nights! Terrible stay. Room had dust at bottom of head board... sneezing all night allergy to dust. Noise from AC prevented us from a good nights sleep plus the noise from cars on highway just steps away from our room.Night stand light didn't work on my side of bed. There was no soap to shower. Had to call manager.. stated it was not their problem but if I insisted he would come to bring for my stay. The kureig coffee maker had no k-cups thanks God I had brought my own but water in maker I had to clean as there were black spots( bacteria build up)in reservoir from not being cleaned.i even texted Aiden that we were checking out next day and he never called or texted back as to why? I feel I should have been compensated for monies paid and only stayed 1 night. I will definitely not stay here in future. There are many other places to stay that include breakfast and you can walk thru town. Our stay here we had to drive a short distance to town! I don't know why they call this "Newely Remodeled Hotel Gatlinburg" The place is Small inside.. not a comfortable mattress ... no place to store your clothing.. small table for 2!
