Piazza Maggiore Santa Margherita Rooms

The location is great, in the centre but fairly quiet. and the little roof terrace is a real plus. The bedroom isn't big, but there are two other rooms to sit in (this was obv made from a series of attics)

But this was not a B&B, breakfast was just some packets of biscuits, packed industrial pastries and crackers, with a kettle and jam in the fridge. The description had let us expect breakfast to be provided. This was not a problem in the end since there are nice cafés very close by. Also, the attic rooms don't really have their own lock, they share a locked door with another room, then there are steps to the attic floor, with your bedroom, two sitting areas and a bathroom. The bedroom is the only one with a lock.

Location is amazing. We had the quadruple room with an ensuite bathroom, which was spacious and clean.

Breakfast was a bit of a joke - collection of yoghurt and snacks, but nothing healthy or anything remotely resembling a meal.

Great position. Close to everything.

The breakfast was sub-standard. Coffee capsules were insufficient for time spent there. Croissants were commercially packaged, and were not fresh. The area where you were expected to make coffee/tea was too small, and potentially dangerous due to the lack of decent space in which to prepare and move hot liquids. No milk was provided. Only one teaspoon was provided yet two people were eating the provided yoghurt. Zero plates provided and insufficient cutlery. Cleaning up afterwards was difficult due to lack of provisions to wash your mugs. Single use plastic cups were provided for drinking.

Renovated clean room, incl bathroom on a quite street very close to center, restaurants and old town. Very big TV and good internet connection. Enrico and UGO was reachable 7/24 by whatsup.

Official check-out time was 10:00 o'clock a bit eary, could be improved as 12:00 o'clock for those who keeps enjoying Bologna in the morning and plan to leave in the afternoon

Beautiful Apartment in the heart of Bologna. It's easy to get there from the airport and you can reach every main sights in Bologna from the Apartment in just a couple of minutes. The host was very nice and quick to answer any questions I had. The Aparment was clean and really cosy with a pretty balcony and a look at the Basilica San Petronio. I had a great time there!

The toilet wasn’t en suite but that’s a minor niggle given everything else was better than expected:

Excellent location at the heart of the city, with great balcony/ outdoor area. Enrico is an extremely helpful host with very good English. The layout of the apartment is linear and whilst the bedroom can be locked and is separate from accommodation downstairs, may not be private enough for some.

The ‘breakfast’ was limited, yoghurt, crackers, packaged rolls with condiments left by the door in a basket. It was not what we had expected, but adequate. There was a coffee machine, water kettle & refrigerator in the room, so that was very positive.

The location is excellent and a few meters away from Piazza Maggiore. The apartment is nicely decorated and nice and warm in the cold winter months.

Breakfast is not breakfast. A couple of packets of crackers and packaged croissants, yogurt, packaged orange juice and do it yourself tea / coffee. No bread, no ham and cheese, no fruit. So rather poor. The apartment is on the highest floor and no lift is available. So plenty of stairs. More over, the apartment feels rather open as it can be accessed by anyone. The only room that can be locked is the bedroom. The bedroom is a bit small.

Great location. Host Enrico very helpful when setting up and telling us nearby great places to eat
