Great location, clean and cozy room, comfortable beds

no lift, breakfast a bit meagre

It is very conveniently located near the centre of Bologna. Great value. It is excellently equipped, a very clean and comfortable place. Easy check-in and check-out process. I didn't have time to properly explore it, but the small library of the flat seemed very interesting.

It is on the attic of a fourth floor, so it could be difficult to access for elderly people or if one has lots of luggage. The amount of sweetener/sugar provided with the breakfast was not enough, at least for someone who puts sugar in their coffee like me. The side small window by the bed let lots of light through in the morning, forcing me to wake up earlier than expected.

Fantastic location! Enrico was a fabulous host and everything in walking distance.

No curtains on the windows made the room very bright in the morning!

Clean, comfortable 3rd floor apartment with a lovely terrace in the heart of the old town.

The location was absolutely perfect. Quiet street within easy walking distance to everything we planned to see. The roof terrace outside our bedroom was more than wonderful. It was full of flowering plants and had a view of fantastic roof tops and ancient buildings.

We were fine with walking the flights up to the apartment and had been well informed about them in advance. What we didn't know was that there were many small flights inside the apartment which made any nocturnal trips to the bathroom perilous! One or two well-placed nightlights would have been helpful. Speaking of stairs, the landing for the last flight of stairs up to our apartment also served as the entrance hall for 2 other units. There was no door between the landing and our stairs, so we were visible if we walked by the top of our stairs and another guest or staff person was at the bottom. Just a little odd. We would have been happy with yogurt and juice & maybe two fresh croissants rather than the many packages of crackers and processed baked goods, but this is of minor importance.

The location is perfect, close to main cultural points of interest, tons of great dining options. Our host Enrico was so kind, and gave us some great eating suggestions. Coffee or a glass of wine on the patio was so nice.

Enrico was a fabulous host! The room was spacious and in a great location.
