a little difficult to find where the hotel is. And there was stairs right after you open the door and it's dark. so i fell right into the room. The staff should have leave the lights on or window sheet open.

Its good for money, the space is very cozy. It also has a pool on the rooftop. Good ambience.

The creaking floorboards and maybe the entrance at night can be a little dangerous as it is dark and empty. No reception available 24hours.

The staff were really unhelpful. Not only were there no instructions on how to get to the property despite the fact it was behind a locked gate and there were no signs around so it took us 20 minutes to find, but once contacting the property they were not particularly helpful at all as there was no one at ‘reception’ and someone had to be called. I mentioned these points upon arrival to which the staff member said ‘I don’t know’. He then pointed upstairs rather than showing us to our room which had no number on the door and was padlocked shut. We also witnessed the same staff member removing a huge dead rat that evening with a litter picker and laughing when we saw. When checking out the next day, we had to call the number again twice to get someone to come to the front desk. The property itself is extremely strange, with aluminium walls so you can hear everything outside and caged doors to go downstairs. We were really unhappy with the service or lack thereof, and are generally really easy going travellers. Other than the location there was nothing I’d recommend about this property. As backpackers we would usually stay in a hostel but thought we’d treat ourselves to a hotel and were very disappointed.

No breakfast provided. The location is indeed in the Kong Heng area, but there’s no signboard, so it’s a bit tricky to find.
