Belakang Kong Heng Ipoh Hotel

I love and appreciate the details and architecture of how they refurbished the old building to convert into rooms.

I love the swimming pool design however the flooring aggregates are a bit uncomfortable to step on.

Strategic location, located at the 二奶巷, hawker stall and restaurant just near by

Toilet is a bit dark and not really have the shampoo and body wash. No cup or mineral water provided. Just beside the road and a lot of car and motor noise all day and night.

Cool vintage hotel with an awesome location.

Good location

Very noisy as the room is facing the street. The windows & walls have no soundproofing effect, difficult to get sleeping even with earplugs. Bed bugs on the bed.

Close to the train station (not much to do in Ipoh but used as a stop over from kl - penang) but restaurants all around so easy to grab dinner. The hotel is industrial style as per photos, bedroom was spacious with a balcony and great view. Comphy bed, good air con, clean, good shower. Overall great value for money if you need a stop over place.

Host was a bit strange but perhaps a humour we didn’t understand. But he was kind enough to wait for us on the street for check in as entrance is confusing to find.
