The location. There is a chill area at the top

Toilet without water supply. No toiletries provided. There was charges of Rm 60 for cleaning included in the booking, however no cleaner was assigned to clean throughout the stay. When requested for cleaning, they requested addition Rm10/ day cleaning without receipt. No privacy, I can literally hear my neighbours walking. Door lock is not secured, any intruder can just push the door to come in even at lock status. Overall the hotel is poor, not worth the price.

General location is good. Rustic design (very subjective to personal preference)

But I need to go through a side alley, not easy with trolley luggage as the pavement is bumpy. Lift seems old. Outdoor is noisy and easily heard. At midnight can hear water running in pipes sound.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The venue is also centrally located, which is very convenient for exploring the area. But one night was more than enough.

The room lacks privacy, as the toilet is inside it with only a transparent curtain (instead of a door). Additionally, the walls are not real walls (acoustically insulated), and I could clearly hear conversations, the shower and other things from the neighboring room late into the night. This made it very difficult to relax or sleep.

A wondrous room and building oozing atmosphere and history. Amazing shower and roof terrace.

No cutlery or plates in the "kitchen".
