3 Bedroom Penthouse Apartment

Beautiful penthouse apartment, all facilities included, gentleman very helpful and friendly.

Be careful with takeaways as the intercom can be temperamental. Easily solved by meeting them at the gate, just something to be aware of.

The host met us at the property to show us around. He was very friendly and welcome and had a great knowledge of the surrounding area. We were attending an event in Heaton Park which was a short 10-15 minute walk away. There is also a Tesco a 4 minute drive away. The property itself was stunning. The interior was done to a very high standard. Slept 4 (1 adult, 3 teens) of us very comfortably and could have held another 2 easily. Also had 3 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and a wraparound balcony. The views were stunning. We absolutely LOVED our stay. Everything about it was luxurious and fun.

It was really lovely had everything we needed kitchen was well kitted out, mattress was comfortable bedding was nice and soft. Owner seemed very lovely gave us keys and left us to our own privacy.

Unfortunately the bbq wasn't clean so did not get to use it. The patio could do with a good clean

Unfortunately squeaky floors. You can't pass from one room to the toilet without waking up others at night time
