Anita's Home in Kidderminster

We booked and stayed in the Twin Room, which has a private bathroom attached. Both the bedroom and the bathroom were spotlessly clean, and provided all the amenities that we had expected, and more. The beds were comfortable; heating was in working order; kettle and tea/coffee were provided, plus filtered water (and kitchen access, had we needed it); plenty of room for hanging and even drying clothes; and the TV was modern, allowing us to play our own media. The bathroom was spacious and bright, with a clean toilet, an excellent shower (good water pressure and temperature), and large towels, soaps and shampoos available to us. Anita, the hostess, was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, accommodating our shifting arrival time with kindness. Access to the house and room is possible via a key in a lockbox, so independent of Anita being there, but we were glad to have gotten a chance to meet her: Not only did she provide helpful information about the area and its dinner options, but she was also a joy to talk to after a long day of travels. Street parking was not an issue at all, even for our larger/wider car, as there were plenty of spaces available. We will certainly not hesitate to stay here again should we ever be in the area again!

I found myself unexpectedly needing an overnight stay and didn't want to pay a lot of money. This place was cheap so I didn't expect much. The room was functional and clean....good TV. Kitchen available which I didn't use. Shared bathroom but I didn't see any other guests. Owners were very helpful and friendly. It was very cheap indeed in fact I would describe it as a bargain.

All good. Just expect what the price suggests and your expectations will be exceeded.

Fantastic communication from Anita .A great location . Value for money . The bedroom was spotless and the shrared bathroom was next door. I would stay there again .

I needed a single night bed within walking distance of the railway station, it was a 20 minute walk so that was fine. The host met me on arrival and was very pleasant, showed me to my room. Pricing was very good value. Residential area which was quiet.

Double Room was a little on the small side and shared bathroom, but not a big issue for a single night stay.

Use of kitchen so I could make my own meal.

Goede bedden en een eigen badkamer. Op loopafstand zit je van het centrum af om te gaan eten of shoppen. Er kon gebruik gemaakt worden van de keuken om te ontbijten.

the room was nice and clean every thing you wanted.parking was outside on the street but no problem.

did not like steep stairs but was no problem. sat nav kept directing me to shrubbery close no where near..

Clear check in instructions. Quiet location. Value for money.

Bed was a little uncomfortable for me.
