Clean and good value for money accommodation with warm rooms and comfortable bed.A few pubs near by for food and the station is about a 20 minute walk which wasn't too bad for me and dad. Bathroom was private and a decent size.Collection of the keys was good the code for key box sent vier message so can arrive at your own time just let the host know preferred time. Could park on drive if arranged with host but not normally available but parking on road available normally.Didn't use kitchen facilities but they sounded quite good.

Good location

Front door was very difficult to unlock/lock. The bathroom smelled damp and had visible black mold on the walls and bath mat. Old used soap in the soap dish. Steps to the room very steep and unexpected. Tea/coffee facility very poor. Fabric on bed base torn and tattered..

A really lovely welcome awaited. The bed was really comfortable, the property itself was homely and clean, with helpful information available.
