the room was nice and clean every thing you wanted.parking was outside on the street but no problem.

did not like steep stairs but was no problem. sat nav kept directing me to shrubbery close no where near..

Perfect for an overnight place to get a good sleep. Keysafe entry meant that my somewhat delayed arrival wasn't a problem and the owner communicated the entry details clearly. Room was warm, clean and tidy, with everything I needed for a good night's sleep. Bathroom/shower was right next to my room and everything worked as intended - I have a disappointing talent for finding accommodation where there's a major issue, but everything was fine with this stay.

Reasonably priced accommodation. Pleasant and quiet area of Kidderminster, convenient location for Transport and local attractions, ie Severn Valley Railway. Spacious room, pleasantly appointed. Overall, if you're looking for somewhere clean and comfortable to "rest your head", Anita's is ideal...just be aware that there are quite steep stairs to rooms.

Nothing to dislike as such. But a few minor details...some of the decor/fixtures are unfinished-presumably work in progress?...Also, the hot water takes a while to come through when washing, causing wash basin to fill up with cold water-blocked plughole?..Key Safes tricky to open, especially if it's dark.
