FRWonderful stay with Gihan and Dinu! We stayed twice for a total of 7 nights. A wonderful, authentic experience in Sri Lanka. They are extremely kind and welcoming. They speak English very well, and we were able to take the time to ask questions and discuss many topics such as culture, sports, politics, food, customs, etc. This allowed us to better understand this country. They truly care about their guests, making sure we have everything we need and giving great tips for visiting the city and its surroundings. They offer breakfast, lunch, and dinner if needed (we recommend trying it at least once because it's delicious). We did the cooking program, which involves buying ingredients at the market and then cooking together. It was great to see all the flavors they add to the dishes we enjoyed afterwards. They know a contact for a safari in Wilpattu National Park and can help organize it. Regarding the accommodation, it's located on a very quiet alley. There's a kitchen available and a pleasant terrace overlooking the small garden. The rooms are well-equipped and pleasant. We recommend a stay here for a wonderful human experience. NLOur stay at Corner Cottage was perfect. Gihan and his wife take very good care of you and you will feel welcomed from the very beginning. They can accommodate you with everything, including very delicious meals, cooking programs, tours, transport, and good conversations. We would totally recommend this place.

NLThe most lovely people we have met in Sri Lanka. They went out of their way to make our stay in Anuradhapura unforgettable. They cooked us the best lunches and dinners and learned us a lot about Srilankan culture. You get a real look inside the life of a srilankan family! They have accomodated us in a lot of things like going with the tuktuk sightseeing, guiding the safari, learning about the srilankan food and ingedrients and many more things! And they have the best tea from Nuwara Eliya.

GBPicturesque house on the corner of a quiet street, nice living space shared between guests and large room with en-suite. Indoor and outdoor kitchen there. The hosts Gihan and Dinu are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the area, and can arrange everything from tasty breakfasts and dinners to wilpattu safari tours and bike rental in Anuradhapura old city. Could not recommend any more!

CAFamille très accueillante, on se sent comme à la maison. Hôtesse m'a offert de bons jus citronné, gentillesse et générosité. Lieu calme, près de qq petits commerces. Besoin de tuk tuk pour aller au centre. Belles excursions à faire.
Le repas du soir est très bon et généreux. L'hôte m'offre d'aller me chercher et reconduire à la gare de bus mais me charge 2 x 500 roupies sur ma facture sans m'aviser. Devrait aviser les touristes avant pour que tout soit clair.
