Great spot in a really private location, cute room, nice small yard to enjoy the morning sun. Friendly owners.

"Good place to stay in Leiston."

8.0

Cute cottage. Location was perfect though hard to find. Travel from parking to door was a bit arduous at night - needs lighting as it was uneven. Having 2 yellow doors is a bit meh...

Both doors are yellow... Difficult to shower in a high sided bath ergo no where to put shower head and curtain to stop splashes was awkward.

Perfect. Stayed there to be near friends for the weekend. It was in the road where they live so completely ideal. Good parking. Lovely decor. Clean and tidy. Friendly owner.

the bed was comfy and the bathroom adequate and overall clean

The cottage needs some attention the decor is tired . The coffee / tea cups could have been cleaner and i was expecting some milk and decent tea and Coffee as was described in the review .

"A pleasant stay in a period Suffolk cottage"

10.0

The location was perfect for our visit to Suffolk. ideal for visiting the coastal towns and wetlands. The bed was clean and comfortable.

The Sizewell C construction was in full swing and ad hoc road closures meant that we had to re-route on a number of occasions, so factor in extra time for your planned trips.

It is a lovely accommodation and convinient having a microwave and fridge.

The check in information were provided in time on the date, however I would have liked to have some communication before. It got me worried not knowing.
