Modern Eco House With Parking

Everything was superb but kitchen basin was bad fully blocked while we arrived there. So some difficulties we faced otherwise everything was good.

Please do make sure kitchen things work well.

The house is very spacious and situated on three floors. It had two bathrooms and all the facilities you need to cook and visit the local area.

If you have mobility issues, the stairs are quite steep.

Massive house with amazing views

No proper coffee maker. Front door lock was a bit hard to open.

The location of this property was ideal - £15 for a taxi down to The Lanes. The house is modern and the beds were amazing - Especially the king on the top floor! Stocked well in terms of glasses and kitchen wear and 2 really nice size bathrooms. One of the bedrooms had the cutest set up of mirrors for a group of people to get ready for a night out. Adorable. The air hockey table was a nice touch.

We arrived 20 minutes early, so thought we’d see if the house was available - The cleaner was still there and was quite rude and told us to wait in the car. Just after 3pm, she came out and said she’d been there for 4 hours, we asked where to put our rubbish when we leave and she shrugged and lifted the lid on next doors wheelie bin (number 11 was over flowing already), and then walked off. There is no way that lady spent 4 hours cleaning. The kitchen smelt of sewers and musty water, the first toilet hadn’t even been flushed, the floors weren’t swept properly, let alone cleaned. The sofa and carpets were all covered in stains. We put blankets on the sofa to sit on. A disposable vape was left in the bedside tables of the big top floor bedroom. When the top floor shower is being used, a dreadful smell fills the other bathroom. I wouldn’t want to stay here any longer than the two nights we booked.

Very spacious and clean, in a quiet area with a 5 min taxi ride to the front. Tea & coffee supplied. Parking for one vehicle out the front and limited space on the road for free parking at weekends.

Nothing about the house to dislike just be aware it's at the top of a very steep hill.

All utilities in the kitchen are available and enough!

Only 3 rolls of Toilet tissue may not enough for 6 persons for two nights. No kitchen paper provided is a deficit.
