"Pleasant and good value"

Space, layout, garden were nice features. It was overall very comfortable and good value for money. The walk into town was easy and it’s closely located to other amenities. Off street parking.

I think a few things could be updated: kitchen utensils, pots/pans, coffee machine, the blinds need some attention, the mattress on one bed is too small/smaller than the frame, no foot mats at the doors. I am nitpicking a little as I think the place is good value for money. If the points I mentioned were addressed, I think you could easily charge more.
