屋主沒有主動提供入住資料，我們於是日下午主動致電屋主，聽電話人士表示不明白我們說甚麼，隨即掛斷電話，之後，有人打電話來，表示是屋主，提供入住資料。之前電郵查詢，無人回答，故租住人士必須有當地聯絡電話。 民宿位於舊式大厦內，19是街道号嗎，8是單位号數，內部裝修陳舊，沒有吃飯桌子，客廳只有一張玻璃茶几，但茶几腳不穩定，我們不敢使用，只有站立著，拿著碟和餐具來晚膳。 裝備沒有定期維修和翻新，內部陰暗，燈光不足，厠所門有爛孔，主人房沒有窗簾，牀褥太軟，令人不舒適，難以入睡。 沒有泊車位提供，自駕遊人士自行安排。 極不推薦給其他人士，以免中伏。

It was a nice little flat with a big big living room area and three bedrooms. The kitchen area and bathrooms were a plus. It was ideally located near new town and old town which made walking around the city fairly easy.

Seagulls around the area make a lot of noise during the early hours when you're trying to sleep.

Spent 2 nights here. Great spacious apartment in a prime location. Walking distance from everywhere. Excellent value for money. Only downside was the beds but would definately recommend.

Very clean property, good location.

One of the beds was broken. Bathrooms aren’t great. The heating was on and it was really really hot and we couldn’t turn it off from the radiators. The pictures are from a different flat. All in all, the whole flat needs refurbishment. We personally didn’t mind that as we only wanted a place where to sleep, however if some people are expecting a cozy flat where to spend time in, this is not the right place.

The owner is so rude. He does not support the customer when we said that there was no hot water in the bathroom and on the sink in the kitchen. He threatened and chased us away when we complained about our problem. he is a liar, he cheats customers and wants to ask for more money when customers complain

This apartment is in the perfect location for getting good out exploring! We stayed for 3 nights as a group of 6 location was spot on fresh flowers in every room, Tea & coffee making facilities aswell as water lovely size rooms clean we slept in the back room and had the best sleep. Kitchen facilities for what we needed were fine and showers were fabulous. When getting hold of hosts they were responsive and polite.

The pictures arnt the apartment you get but saying that they do have other properties so it could well be pictures of that. It does need a little updating a blind in the middle bedroom would be a welcome extra as our friends had to hang a towel and apparently their was a slant on the bed that they were rolling into the wall but they slept fine. Overall we would stay here again hosts were responsive on the day with check in instructions and it was an easy process we did ask for an early check inn as we had an early flight but we didn't have any responsive until the day and the time allocated but still it didn't stop us having fun.
