Holiday Apartment In Old Town

The location was fantastic, easy to get to the big attractions on foot. The lounge was great, big enough for everyone to sit in there. The apartment was clean and warm.

The pictures didn't match the property which was disappointing to note. The biggest issue though were the beds. The beds need to be replaced, they had terrible roll-together. My husband slept on the couch the second night because of the roll together in the bed.

The location is close to old town center, Unit is in need of renovation.

The Sheets for the beds were soiled, We requested new clean sheets and the host was only able to bring them the next morning and expected us to sleep in the previous guest dirty sheets. There was no dining table Black mold on the ceiling in several places Mattresses soft and Sinking. Unit dirty and Generally shabby. Photos on the advert are not taken in the Flat,

Got what we paid for - no complaints. Clean, good location, host was helpful, and nice big sofa in the livingroom for having a group of friends together.

Good location, facilities were fine

Very little communication from the host. We didn't receive any check-in instructions so we had to call when we arrived to get the lock box code. Even though we arrived after the designated check-in time, they were still cleaning the apartment so we had to wait to enter the apartment.

Host did not answer messages requesting access information, weather was extremely cold and we had to find alternative accommodation. Looking at reviews , I think we did the right thing.

The "freebies" were well utilised - especially after a our lengthy travel and were most appreciated. The location is perfect with everything close by.

It seems the flat is in the middle of refurbishment?? So, a lot needs to be done. The beds have not been assembled correctly and lie at an angle which is not comfortable.
