Holiday Apartment In Old Town

Property was clean and in good location

All 3 bed mattresses were broken and not comfortable. Some of the photos did not match the actual property. There was duct tape holding a few things together. I doubt the apartment would pass a council safety inspection

Big property and an amazing location. Great for a group and a brilliant living space. Owner was difficult to get a hold of but once we did he was very pleasant.

The beds are extremely uncomfortable, good thing our group was tired otherwise we wouldn’t have slept. It was also very warm and not all the windows could open.

Location is excellent

Lack of basic amenities.

The property is close to the Edinburgh Old Town just over a 5 minute walk

The apartment was completely unclean and falling apart! The pictures on the listing are completely in accurate false advertisement! The hosts were terrible at communicating and will only use WhatsApp to message which seems suspicious. I would not recommend at all. -The walls were covered in stains, marks and holes. -used chewing gum stuck to the top of the bed side table!! -no curtain in one of the rooms just a dirty stained bedsheet shut into the window! - broken furniture held together with tape! -dead flowers left next to beds that left horrible smell caused head aches! -damp towels hanging to dry in the kitchen -drinking glasses not clean -bathroom door has a make shift bolt lock screwed on - none of the doors fit didn’t even seem like real doors just bits of wood with handles screwed in which get very unsafe -needs painting and new furniture -mattresses terrible you roll into the middle of the bed if you’re sharing it with someone else - broken bed frames wonky beds -terrible communication from the hosts didn’t receive any information until til I had to ask for it on the day after 4pm! We were told we would have all the info at 12:30. -stains on the bathroom floor -exposed wires in the bathroom! - front door doesn’t feel sturdy when locked Overall it felt very unhygienic and not cared for at all, I wonder if the owners ever even cleaned it before the previous users. We all felt unclean and unsafe and spent the least amount of time that we could in the apartment. Do not waste your money here.

Spacious ,and cozy loving room

The owner/customer executive was quite rude on phone. Didn’t sound friendly or patronising at all. Parking needs to be paid extra, paid £25 for overnight. Worse part was bed was broken, so we had to settle the night in the couch and no refunds were made. Not enough toilet rolls for a group ! And bad customer service as they didn’t even reply to our messages and no apologises ! Very very unprofessional and rude. Wouldn’t recommend anyone

Nothing as it was so poor we left The pictures on the website are not of the flat we entered and we quickly left

The flat is not what is advertised on booking.com site the bathrooms were substandard The living room was so basic although the suite did look new Kitchen was awful

Awful treatment, awful staff would not recommend. Property owner is a fraudster
