1. I liked the location. The waves were great here. 5 minutes from the centre 2. The room is average but the view is amazing. 3. The rooftop chilling area is amazing- but the furniture and chair is broken.

There is a racket of scamming travellers with the scooty. Even the staff from the reception is involved. I did not get the scooty papers and insurance when I got the scooty, and while returning the agent was outside the property the whole time and came knocking at my room door for payment and the paperwork issue. This was unacceptable, and when spoke to him in front of the front desk girl, she agreed to him that she did check and give which makes it even scrarier because she is completely involved in this scam. Spoilt the mood at the last moment with such a petty thing. He overcharged 3000LKR for the same.

They agreed to cancel our reservation and let us go when we said we do not like the place

The place was nothing like in the photos. the room is small, and the place was under construction, also there was almost no privecy. We took the room with the bath but the place has no electrical heating system for the water and it was not a warm day so there was no hot water for the hot tub which is why we took this room in the first place.

Beautiful location. Entire ocean see to your room .good team and organized . We did nice rice and curry class open air kitchen . Very energetic place .

Super Lage, direkt am Strand, tolle Aussicht, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer und unheimlich praktisch, da sogar eine Waschmaschine gratis zur Verfügung steht und sogar ein Wäscheständer gebracht wurde. WiFi funktioniert ebenfalls gut. Zudem war bei uns im Zimmer alles sehr sauber. Ein absolutes no go ist allerdings Gästen ins Gesicht zu lügen! Diese Unterkunft ist aktuell (und wahrscheinlich noch sehr lange) eine totale Baustelle und gerade erst im Aufbau. Bohren, Hämmern usw. von morgens bis abends! Ich hatte sogar vor Anreise noch explizit nachgefragt, ob aktuell Bauarbeiten stattfinden was verneint wurde! Das erste, was wir dann hörten, war: Baulärm! Auf erneuten Kontakt hin wurde mir mehrfach zugesichert, dass die Bauarbeiten pausiert / eingestellt werden - 3x hat man das schriftlich versprochen! Natürlich war auch das eine Lüge und es ging munter weiter. Hier wird dem zahlenden Gast ins Gesicht gelogen. Dann wollte man mir erzählen, es würde unter uns in den Räumen lediglich die AC repariert werden, was mehr als offensichtlich nicht der Fall war. Überall stehen neue Matratzen in den Gängen, es liegt Bauschutt rum, auf dem Balkon unter uns wurde der Aussenbereich gestaltet/ Fußleisten angebracht etc. Man wird völlig verarscht! Es ist mehr als offensichtlich, dass hier eine komplette Renovierung stattfindet!! An Frechheit und Arroganz kaum zu überbieten. Mit Urlaubsflair und Erholung hat das NICHTS zu tun!! Amazing quite location

Beautiful rooms, amazing views, staff were so kind, everything was perfect and it’s in a great location. Air conditioning worked perfectly as well!
