The location and comfort were ideally suited to our needs.

The front security door was often left open in spite of signs saying to keep closed which caused us some concern. Recommend an alternative 'door closure'. Curtains or blinds need be installed in living area and door entrance window for both privacy and maintaining warmth in the winter and cooling in the summer. What would be helpful for longer stays is some form of cleaning equipment for carpets and hard floors.

The location was fantastic and the flat was extremely clean and well appointed.

We had an initial mix up with the flat allocation/collection of keys. This however was resolved satisfactorily by Donna who was very apologetic.

This is a well appointed clean apartment. Modern decor, kitchen was neat, settee, tv, dining table and chairs. Everything in good condition. Good bathroom with powerful shower.

In the apartment itself, nothing needed improvement. The main door to the block didn’t always close properly, extra care needed to ensure it locked shut. A bit tricky to find but the video helped.
