In eerste instantie de locatie en hoe het aangeboden werd op booking com. Fotos komen totaal niet overeen met wat wij kregen.

Het contact met eigenaar, de kamer, en de nasleep. Ik weet nog steeds niet of ik mijn geld terugkrijg en het is kwalijk dat dit soort kamers voor meer dan €200 per nacht door Booking wordt aangeboden. Okay New York is duur, maar we hebben voor ongeveer zelfde prijs via Airbnb beter geslapen en service gehad.

The bed was comfortable and that’s it

I was expecting a 1 bedroom. There was soap in the tub and the ceiling was buckling in the barroom. There was a bandaid holding the fire alarm in place. When I called the phone number there was no answer. Only communication was by text and when I texted my concerns they told me basically too bad and I could leave and there would be no refund. I had nowhere else to go so I had to stay.

Neighborhood is very quiet and safe at night. The subway station was a convenient walk from the property.

Not enough towels and there was a small crack on the toilet seat.
