Luxury City Apartment in JQuarter Birmingham

The host was very accommodating and fulfilled all requests

Please avoid this apartment at all costs. They cancelled my booking on the day leaving myself and child with nowhere to stay. All because I questioned an alternative method of payment for the £350 security deposit. It’s an absolute scam!!

The location was great easy acccess to building and appartment But picking up the keys 5 mins away from the property might be a problem for people who are from out of town

Smelt really bad fusty not clean at all Floor was not clean carpet is awful Kitchen dishes not clean no soap No shower gels No milk no tea The basics they do not provide Only one hand towel and one bath towel they smelt really bad it was disgusting Sofa was like sitting on cardboard Bed and the bedding was basic did not feel clean at all hair in the bed Tv remote is taped up half working sometimes Tv has no tv channels for normal tv Only one toilet roll and the toilet seat is broken Really basic place they have nothing to offer you The door lock from the inside is broken so you can’t lock the door No fire alarm it is missing They want 350 deposit fair enough but there was nothing there worth 350 to do anything Please do not put luxury You can buy brand new towels set of 3 for 10 pound from bargain shop We wanted to leave but it was late at night and we did not have more time to mess around and go somewhere else we only stayed from 10pm check in and in the morning we left as soon as I have many more pictures but only allowed to upload 4 I am not bitter or leaving bad review because of any issues only just the experience I have had honestly the towels smelt like urine I had to get tissues out my car and dry my self with loads of tissues lucky I keep them from greggs and mc Donald’s if you know you know Suggestion to the owner can you take out luxury out of the description it is misleading and upgrade the appartment and buy new supplies because you will 100% face more problems with other people booking this

Sofa in lounge extremely uncomfortable Lounge decor outdated and room layout is poor Curtains in lounge filthy Fridge had milk stains in Flat smelt awful One towel and one hand towel for a booking for two Damp in bathroom, and walls had random marks on. Poor communication around late check out. We didn’t confirm whether we wanted this however was charged from a £350 deposit which we also was not aware of prior booking. No heating!!

I was charged full price and never given the access codes to enter! PayPal refuse to deal eith the case. The staff were unmanageable. For an apartment with availability at the last minute on a Saturday night, I would have expected hosts willing to take the booking.
