Very clean, spacious & in a good quiet location

Nice clean apartment within short walking distance of the Utilita Arena. Lovely host. Deposit refunded promptly after checking out.

Awful service beware if you want to waste your money, booked, rang them several times of different numbers sent numerous messages in this app and via text to have no response. 3 of the calls called out to voicemail and 5 then declined the call sending it to voicemail mail. Hours later they decide to reply and state they were on the motorway which okay but we live in a modern world where calls can be answered through the phone. It wouldn't of took no more then a minute out of there time to explain they are not around. Anyway after having a convoluted with them naturally i had asked for a refund which they deferred to its non refundable despite the fault was there. DO NOT BOOK NOR TRUST THEM EVEN IF THE PRICE IS TEMPTING

The apartment - Okay, clean and spacious

Key collection: I collected the key from a different location, then had to walk up and down hill with my luggage for about 10 min to get to the property. Had to repeat same process to drop the key

Nothing, owner and booking.com wasted 3 hours of my time, and I could not get access to the property
