having to pick up key from train station was a bit stressful, again with luggage…however we managed…

It’s great location to visit most sightseeing. John is friendly and communicated well to allow us access to drop our bags earlier than the check in.

Check in could be earlier than 4 pm, and the check out time could be a bit later than 10 am.

The location was great.

The shower was broken. The toilet seat was broken. The property did not look as it did in the pictures. The entrance was through the smelly, revolting trash collection at the rear of the restaurants, and the unit was at the top of six flights of concrete stairs--a fact the owner conveniently leaves off the listing description. We changed accommodations after one day, and neither the owner nor Booking.com was responsive about our complaints.

Location is exceptional. Spacious 2 bedroom/ 1 bathroom apartment is where we stayed during the festival for nearly 2wks. Great kitchen and lounge area. John was great to communicate with and provided anything extra we needed.

The instructions to the pick up location, and proximity to the property is great. I think this solution works really well. The property is perfectly located and well set up. It had everything we needed amenities and facilities wise. A really great property.

At the entrance to the building which is at the back side of the alley, there was a whole lot of trash piled up from all the apartments. Maybe the Collection was delayed but leaves a bad first impression.

Location is nice. It was very warm inside.

Last floor. Terrible shower with nonexistent water pressure and unstable temperature (you need to juggle between boiling hot and ice cold). Old and hard beds.
