Please be informed that during bad weather conditions and due to the fact that the island is far from the mainland, the property cannot guarantee a good and stable internet connection. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. As a gesture of appreciation for your continued support, we will also provide extra shuttle services between the resort, Mae Haad Pier and Sairee Beach throughout the renovation period. Please note that Thai guests need to provide an ID card. Non‑Thai guests must present a valid passport. A complimentary shuttle service operates daily as follows: - Resort to pier: 09:00, 14:00 and 18:00 - Pier to resort: 19:30 All shuttle services must be booked in advance. The gala dinner for 31 December is included in the price.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This is a beautiful place with stunning scenery. The food in the restaurant was very good.

The room was not clean and housekeeping did the absolute bare minimum each day. Breakfast was below par for Thailand standards and a hotel of this quality. It’s overpriced in many aspects compared to most places across Thailand.

Wonderful staff who couldn't do enough for us, the room was gorgeous with a simply stunning view right on the beach. Highly recommend & would go back in a heartbeat!

Mooie resort aan het strand met vriendelijk personeel. Goed ontbijt. We hebben ook op onze vraag een andere kamer gekregen daar in de initiële kamer een reukprobleem was in de badkamer.

De weergegeven foto’s en beschrijvingen op de site komen niet overeen met de realiteit.
