"Ideal location, excellent breakfast and comfortable stay."

Comfortable bed, breakfast excellent, location ideal.

New shower sealant to part but not finished off along two sides, giving the appearance of mildew. Some dirt around the window sash edge which detracted from the otherwise good cleanliness.

"Lovely old townhouse hotel in a good position"

Lovely old townhouse, great staff and wonderful breakfast in a very convenient location. Beautiful old town house, we had a room right at the top/attic, which is a bit of a climb!

Friendly staff. Amazing bedding answer bedding felt very clean and crisp

As I have problems waking and use a stick grab rails on main entrance would be good. We were downstairs and think more handrails are needed on stairs

"We were expecting much better and could not understand how this hotel is classified as five star."

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The bed was comfortable with good quality linen. The hotel is in a good location for the town centre. Breakfast was reasonably good but not exceptional.

The bedroom was quite small, dated and in need of decoration. The bathroom was also very small and the bath was tiny.
