Studio at Church House

Studio at Church House was a spacious studio close to the river. Everything was provided for a comfortable stay. Coffee, tea, milk and biscuits were alsoprovided. The studio is basement style accommodation under an upstairs apartment. There can be some noise from above at times but nothing to interrupt sleep. Short term parking was two minutes away.

Especially the location and the bed was super comfortable.

It was difficult to dry my hair because of the lack of light and socket near the mirror.

A lovely cosy, clean little studio that had everything we needed. A great quiet location just outside the town, easy walking to all amenities.

We had a wonderful stay at the Studio at Church House in Bideford. The host is incredibly kind, and the whole accommodation has a truly warm and welcoming atmosphere. The location is excellent. Just a few minutes’ walk away there are several shops and restaurants. The old church by the house, the little square, and the surrounding houses create a charming environment, it is peaceful and quiet. A perfect balance of convenience and tranquility. Highly recommended!

Location of the studio is excellent.

I was initially here for work, and stayed a few extra days with my husband to explore the local area over the Bank Holiday. The location is very central and easy to get around the town as well as being great for taking day trips to local villages. The basement is cosy and I loved the attention to detail with the design elements, that gives it a home away from home feel. Paul and Penny have thought of everything, including fresh coffee and fresh milk in the fridge to two bicycles that are available to use. Friendly and accommodating little place. Thanks for having us!
