You can be disturbed by other users of adjacent rooms

Location and ease of check in. We liked the breakfast set up as well

Bed was a bit uncomfortable but that’s personal preference and water pressure from electric shower was low

The location was next to sea front and Whales jaw bone, breakfast was brilliant which was cereals and yogurts, biscuits tea, orange, apple juice and coffee which was in Hall wall on your floor just help yourself, Guest house and room was clean and tidy and fresh. Hosts very polite, Room well priced for what was on offer, balcony with sea view and a lift to each floor was a bonus. free car parking via scratch cards. Best placed we have stayed in Whitby and will stay again for sure. cant praise this place enough absolute little Gem of a place.

Immaculate well presented property and rooms. Smell was very fresh and modern furnishings. Happy with cereal and biscuits for breakfast. The drinks were appreciated as well as the nice bathroom soaps - thank you. A relatively short walk to a lovely harbour town…..see photo

A little moan (sorry) - I’m a very light sleeper who turns a lot. The iron bed frame was squeaky and I woke up as soon as I turned over. Hopefully some WD40 will sort? :-) Would not put me off staying again

Location was great easy access great information. Parking was good right outside the door breakfast facilities just outside the door in the hallway plenty and a good choice a lovely little balcony to sit out on with fantastic views

There is nothing I didn’t like about the property as I’ve said fantastic location great service. My small critique would be that the mattress wasn’t to my liking. It just felt a little tired. But please understand this isn’t a complaint
