This is a comprehensive list of every issue found at this property, if you don’t want to read all of this just don’t stay here. Also due to the picture limitations I can only show 4 out of so many pictures. A cat is present in the property but this was not disclosed in the Booking.com listing. This has negatively affected my sleep. The Booking.com listing advertises an outdoor dining area. No such dining area exists. The area is being used as a storage and dumping area containing items such as an old washing machine and rusty bicycles. The Booking.com listing advertises a communal television/lounge area. No such communal television area exists at the property. The Booking.com listing advertises free Wi-Fi. However, the advertised Wi-Fi network was not available during our stay. We have screenshot evidence showing that the network listed on Booking.com was not present and that the only available network did not match the details provided in the listing. The Booking.com listing states that the double room includes tea and coffee making facilities. No tea or coffee making facilities were provided in the room. The communal kitchen is in an unacceptable state of cleanliness. We felt it was necessary to clean the work surfaces before use and wash all dishes, cutlery and utensils ourselves before using them. There are numerous thick, long-standing spider webs throughout the kitchen area, indicating that the space has not been cleaned or maintained to an acceptable standard for a considerable period of time. We purchased food for self-catering use, and much of this has had to be discarded due to the unusable and unhygienic kitchen and refrigerator facilities. The refrigerator contains several inches of stagnant water in the bottom, apparently originating from rotten vegetables left in the drawers. Rotten vegetables were present in multiple drawers of the refrigerator. Old takeaway food was present in the refrigerator door compartments.

The property was overall very dirty. The bathroom and the kitchen was unbelievably dirty. I did not use the kitchen at all but had no choice to use the bathroom at night time. The bitch cheats were so old and discoloured. The check-in was so late for 1800, I had to request requested to check in earlier only to drop my luggage but I didn’t hear anything, when I contacted the the number given, the woman kept saying that they have sent me information about the check-in, but I have not not via email or Booking.com app. So check-in was a big hassle on its own. if the booking was refundable, once I saw the dirty entrance and unhelpful conversation on the phone, I would have cancelled it.

Peacefull

We liked having access to a washing machine and dryer, kitchen and having a pretty spacious room. Check in was also an easy process and the host was responsive via message. The power outlets were the new kind with usb and usb-c ports included.

Some easy things to improve the experience would be body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the shower, a more thorough clean over things in the kitchen and replacing or descaling the kettle. Our room smelled like a past occupant was a smoker but I think this would need carpet fully replaced to improve.
