Lovely comfy beds, fab location. Lovely walks just behind the cottage.

It was raining when we arrived and there was no door mat on entering straight into the kitchen. The kitchen floor got wet and mucky, there was no mop so I could clean up. I used kitchen roll to clean the floor and mop up the wet. We booked the property because it was all on one level for my disabled mother in law and didn’t realise there was steps up to the back door with no hand rail. We managed but a hand rail would improve access for elderly guests.

The property was absolutely wonderful. It was wonderfully equipped for all our needs, super clean and beautifully done out. There were so many personal touches, including a coffee machine with coffee, soaps, fluffy towels. It was super clean. There was even wood for a log fire - we were not in the cottage long enough to have a fire but would have been lovely. Highly recommend staying here!

Really nice, warm, cottage. My dog was kept at Broombrae Kennels, overnight.... only 15mins from cottage - when he joined me at cottage, the garden fencing was excellent, allowing free roaming around the garden. well placed for driving to Ballater and Aboyne. Immediate access to good walking - Deeside Way, and Loch Kinord

Location suited us as we were going to a wedding. Cottage was excellent, clean and well equipped. Communication with owners when required was very good. Delighted with everything. Would book again without any hesitation

Nothing could have been better

Lovely building and grounds, surrounding woodland was lovely. Tastefully decorated. Comfortable bedrooms.

The living room sofas weren’t very comfortable. We had really poor sleep both nights because of a knocking noise coming from somewhere inside the house
