Majacho`s House

Me gustó la paz del sitio. La amabilidad del personal. Me sentí como en casa. Rafa y Carmen maravillosos cada uno en su tarea. Carmen felicitarla porque me encantaron sus jugos y las comidas y Rafa es genial en los tours por la zona. Me encantó y adoré a sus perros. Sobretodo a Chloe que también me enseño sus tierras

Lo único que podría decir que no había agua caliente en la ducha y cuando fui hacía frío. Y que la cabaña tenía mucho agujeros y me entraron bastantes bichos. Algún murciélago y lagartija. Pero bueno parte de la experiencia de estar en la naturaleza

We stayed at Majacho’s house for 2 nights with my parents and had an exceptional time. The location is beautiful with river views wherever you are on the property, the casita’s are very cute, comfortable and clean (and upkept on a daily basis). The highlight of our stay was the hospitality of the family. Rafa knows so much about the nature/animals and is happy to help plan for all tour tours and transport and Carmen makes the most delicious food. They are incredibly kind and we have felt at home and so well taken care of during our stay, we were sad to leave! The dogs were also very nice. We will definitely be back and recommend a stay here!

We travelled central and South America for 2 1/2 months and this was one of our favourite if not our favourite place to stay. Rafa and his family are so sweet! You can book tours with him at a very fair rate. He will take you on his boat on the river during the evening to look for capybara‘s and Caymans and you can see how much he loves the animals. He knows a lot about the plants and the animals and he is genuinely happy to tell you about those things. His wife’s mother will cook for you every day completely fresh everything organic everything from a few metres away fresh juice every day. It feels like you are staying at your friends place and not at some place you pay for. If you want to visit Puerto Maldonado, you have to stay there believe me! Rafa is a great guy! בעלי המקום מקסימים ועשו הכל כדי שיהיה לנו נוח ונעים ארוחת הערב והבוקר, הכל ממוצרים אורגניים. נהנינו ! סיירנו בערב ובבוקר עם בעל המקום והיכרותו את השטח מרשימה החדר נקי

מי שלא רגיל לרעשי הג׳ונגל, יכול להתקשות בשינה… היינו שמחים למים חמים במקלחת, אבל אפשר להסתדר עם זה

Alojamiento en una ubicación muy única, cercano al río, rodeado de naturaleza. La mosquitera de la cama estaba intacta. Negocio familiar donde todo está muy cuidado y donde se recibe una atención muy amable. La comida, deliciosa. Nuestra reserva incluyó el traslado al aeropuerto y fue muy práctico. Además, ofrecen diferentes excursiones/actividades, que por desgracia no nos dio tiempo a realizar.

Al llegar fue necesario contactar por teléfono porque el acceso desde la carretera no estaba señalizado (me parece que ha sido un problema puntual); al taxista le costaba maniobrar en la carretera al ser de barro.

Rafa y su familia nos recibieron con los brazos abiertos. El día de nuestra llegada llovía y nos pasó a recoger en el aeropuerto. Nos acomodó en su casa y nos presentó a su familia. Carmen fue nuestra cocinera durante 2 días y aun recordamos esas comidas y sus jugos. Por 35 soles cada comida os lo recomiendo 100%. Por la tarde salimos a hacer un tour en bote con Rafael (el propietario) y nos enseño toda su fauna y flora que sabe muchísimo. Al día siguiente contratamos con el el tour del Lago Sandoval (un acierto). Si queréis vivir la experiencia de estar en medio de la selva sin demasiados lujos pero suficientes para estar muy bien tenéis que elegir este alojamiento. Las camas eran muy cómodas y con unas mosquiteras muy eficaces. Además el último día Rafa nos llevó hasta el aeropuerto de vuelta. Esperemos que les vaya muy bien!

No hay agua caliente porque estas en medio de la selva. Pero Rafa nos contó que será lo siguiente que pondrá. Aunque con el calor que hace en la selva tampoco se hecha mucho en falta.
