LA SUNSET CONDO

This is an apartment...not a B&B. The bedding is luxurious.

My husband didn't like the toilet paper. There were no tissues in the tissue box. Construction on another property behind us disturbed the peace & quiet we might have had otherwise...This will not be a factor for others once they complete that structure.

Beautiful condo, very clean and well equipped. Beautiful common areas, greenery, pool.

It was all good.

Fabulous apartment. Fabulous views So spacious. Spent much time on the balcony for marvellous mornings and sunsets. Spent a few afternoons at the pool too Would have loved a pair of binoculars when out on the balcony.

Everything about this place was great, the views from the balcony, tons of space. There is a hill that might make the short walk to town a bit daunting for some, but it was well worth it for the views!

Sunset Condo is 5-10 mins walk to/from Jardin, uphill on the way back, but in exchange you get amazing views and are away from the 'noise' of the main square. The apartment itself is super private, with 2 full baths, large bedroom with a large comfy bed and linens, and plenty of storage for clothes, cases etc. The spacious lounge/living area has various seating options and again, the amazing view! We were there in Dec/Jan so didn't use the pool or the decks as much as we might have as it was often chilly, but the complex overall has lovely landscaping and is a pleasure to walk through. Wifi was strong throughout the unit. Communication with Gilda, the host was excellent, and also with the on-site manager, Lina.

The hill from town, plus internal staircases to access the apartment once you are inside - we got used to it, but might be a challenge for some. It's chilly at night so bring warm clothes if visiting in winter...though it's hot during the day, so layers are key!

Construction noise may bother some people but didn't bother us

My wife and I loved so much about La Sunset Condo. The accommodations were spacious. The view of San Miguel de Allende was amazing as were the sunsets. The location is very central and walking distance to the Mercado, Parroquia area and numerous restaurants. The apartment was super clean and the kitchen very well appointed. It is important to note that this part of San Miguel is quite uphill and there are stairs within the complex so people with cardiac issues or problems walking should be aware. Overall we were extremely happy with La Sunset Condo and we would absolutely re t it again when we are in San Miguel.
