LA SUNSET CONDO

Fully equipped kitchen, spectacular view, big comfy bed, fast response from host, pretty landscaping, easy access to pool, restaurants, bakery and market within 10 minute walk

A lot of steps after a steep walk from centro but we knew this beforehand.

What didn’t we like? It was awesome. Steps away from downtown.

It was awesome, can’t complain about anything.

The view was amazing! The decor was comfortable, felt like we were staying with family (at a home, not a facility), and reflected some of the local cultural influence. The grounds were lush and lovely, as well as clean and well kept. The kitchen was fairly well supplied. The hostess was very friendly, attentive, and helpful with requests as well as assisting with carrying our luggage to our condo.

The hot tub was cold. You could hear the dogs barking often that we assume were coming from the local veterinary or kennel. There are MANY church bells that ring from very early in the morning in what seemed to be random patterns. This however, is NOT unique to this property as those bells would be heard all over the city. The condo is next door to a grade school and recess would be heard regularly throughout the day.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable, the gardens and landscaping around the apartment were spectacular. The magnificent views over San Miguel especially in the evening is amazing. The WiFi didn't work during our stay, and the owner compensated us for the data plan. There is construction near the unit, and you might hear some noise during the stay. Walking up and down the hill is our daily exercise :) :) :) Overall, it was a good stay, and I recommended!

Just my personal opinion - Water pressure in the bathroom is week.

The apartment was comfortable and in an excellent location. We loved using the pool most days and the view over the city was spectacular, particularly at night. Fantastic communication before and throughout our stay. Lina organised transportation for us and even met us at the apartment for check-in and showed us in and around. This was very much appreciated, and felt like going above and beyond compared to other stays during our holiday. Highly recommend.

The setting was amazing. The gardens and landscaping around my location were spectacular. When I entered the condo I was surprised at how spacious and comfortable it was. The furnishings were comfortable and stylish. The VIEW was a real highlight. The morning view was so nice and the evening view of the city lights was sensational.

I will be very honest. Everything about the condo was excellent, except for the water pressure in the shower. It was fine, just a little weak.

The view exceeded our expectations as did the burn we felt when walking up the hill and the last few hundred feet oh my goodness. But I assure you it was worth it. The Condo is located inside a 200 year old exquisite property, historic pieces and plants throughout. The king size bed and the property was extremely clean, beautiful linens extremely comfortable. The property did include coffee maker, which was great and really all we were concerned about. I would definitely stay at the condo again and I’ve already recommended it to my parents.

The only thing that could be better would be to figure out how to give us the code to get in in a more timely manner. The code was wrong when we were first given instructions and we were trapped out for quite a while. On our exit, the code expired before check out and we were locked out of our building before we were able to collect our luggage and we ran out of some travel time we needed. However, these are small things compared to the property that was offered, the beauty, the cleanliness, a lovely experience!
