Epsom Red House

I had no contact from the property owners despite making several attempts before the weekend and on the Saturday that we were supposed to move in. We went to the property to find it dirty and untidy on the outside with rubbish piled head high at the back door, curtains were closed and showed bad mould on each and every one the one room we could look into had an unmade bed, this was at 11.30am 30 minutes before we were moving in. Knocked on the doors with no reply, so we left to organise alternative accommodation for 4 adults, 1 child, 1 toddler and 1 baby at very short notice. Even if had found the owners I wasnt having my family stay there. About 2 hours later we received a message from the owners with key and access details, all a little too late. I've left my comments on Booking.com and expect a full refund immediately, as I'm out over $600 for the alternative accommodation. Disgruntled and disappointed Gregor Ransfield

Central, good parking

Couldn't work tv, oven or stove top. Ran out of toilet paper. Oven door broken.

Close to cbd. Everything we needed was there

The house was awsome plenty of room to have visits and to be able to cook meals the rooms were comfortable...does need a bit more heating as it was quite a big house
