Epsom Red House

Loved the entire property, we were in town for a funeral so it was a super comfy & relaxing stay.

Plenty of space, closer to Auckland CBD, Supermarket and restaurants, takeaway were close by

Shower is not great, it's really slow.

Very spacious and lots of room, perfect for families

The property was a good size for family, the little ones loved the space to run around. Two bedrooms were spacious. The front room was light & bright. Centrally located to get about Auckland by car however bus stops a short walk away. Parking in driveway at front of house for 2 vehicles. Bath was a good bonus. Wifi was great.

The place is big for a family stay but a bit old and dated and some things need repair. Small hole in hallway wall, broken wall switch in kitchen. Appliances a bit dated. No bowls for salads or mixing so take your own. Shower was ok and bath a bonus for little ones. Lamps x 3 have bulbs but none working? A slight smell?? In the background in kitchen & lounge which I did not like but kept windows open and not so bad. Definitely Needs some TLC.

Comfy. Spacious house. Pretty basic but suited us. The pressure of the shower wasn’t good which was sad.

Location was perfect in between airport and other places we wanted to see. Washer and dryer was a big plus.

Sheets for the futon would have been helpful.

I loved the location and the space but I disliked the fact that I tried to contact the host a week before I left to go there, two days before, the day before and the day of but couldn't get through to them and they didn't notify us how we were supposed to get the keys. I had to go through the reviews to find out where they keep the keys but other than thinking this was a scam it was great

Excellent big house with plenty of room for our big family (including 2 under 2yrs). Everything we needed for our short stay.

We had a big 10 seater van which only just fit through the entrance gate. We were lucky that there were no cars parked directly across from the entrance or else it would’ve been difficult to get out. Also there were rugs in the entryway of the house and down the hall which were more of a trip hazard for our elderly person and young kids. We removed them and all was well.
