Lean spacious

The bathroom needs work it’s very outdated but otherwise perfect stay

Location was great and the property was clean and well presented.

Can not think of anything - we enjoyed our time there.

It was clean. For that price you’d get what you paid for. All the basic utensils and facilities were available.

The location, its noisy with the traffic but otherwise it’s perfect location as it’s close to shops and the birthday venue. It’s kinda eerie as it’s a big place. I recommend this place for groups and or big family.

It was spacious which was awesome. Could have had my whole whanau staying here. Good value for money. Only there for a short stay which was perfect.

Little shards of glass outside the front door that both me and my daughter got glass in our feet (should have been wearing shoes but we were getting things out of the car). Not much space for.children to run around outside but lucky the house was big enough to run around. Also the shower had a big hole in the middle which was so dangerous. It was a bit eery in the house as it was so big.

I booked this property 8 months in advance and was unable to get in contact with the property owner to get instructions about entry to the property. The owner contacted me on the day of booking as we were travelling to Auckland from Northland to say that he had double-booked and we had to find alternative accommodation at extremely short notice.

Key was under the front door mat

Very run down , unsafe electric plug with broken plates, toilet seat that doesn't even fit on the toilet bowl, uncomfortable bed, vanity unit in the bathroom has exploding timber on doors from water exposure, no vent in the bottom on the shower just and large hole. This house should not be available to the public to rent and I am sure it doesnt not qualified to the booking.com standards.
