Manager excellent communication and easy check in. Clean and spacious. Well Stocked bathroom and some simple kitchen items.

"Well-furnished room, great host."

Spacious room, comfortable bed, A/C, everything as advertised. The guest was easy to reach and contacted me well in advance before checkin.

The road is quite busy. People were partying in the nearby Zulu club, lots of cars with loud music passing by on Satuday night, but after midnight it was suprisingly calm.

Kim is by far TOP of the list. She went out of Her way to accommodate and assure us that everything was perfect for our stay. She even provided a list of restaurants. The location is close to most activities The City has to offer.. The place was comfortable enough to feel like home. We had an AWESOME time and would definitely book with Her again. 😊

Property is in a good location and easy to get around. Host was really nice!

If you are simple and just need a clean place to lay your head this is your spot. No bells and whistles, this place can use Fresh paint to add a more pleasant feel . Overall the stay was good.

"Wonderful! Kim was a great host helped us a lot with our stay and was accessible and accommodating."

The location was prime! Close enough to everything, but also in a great neighborhood. Kim gave us a lot of info on places to eat and events in the area. We visited for the eras tour, during Halloween weekend and it was a great, comfortable, safe stay. Parking was great, easy and accessible. I will be reaching out to Kim in the future about her other properties and would love to visit again! She made loyal patrons out of my husband and I. Kim gave us the instructions on how to enter the property way in advance. She was great at communication. We used a code to enter and it was easy access.
