The host was excellent. She was very helpful. The room was excellent I could have stayed there all the time if I could. The room was clean and the neighborhood had a lot of scenery to make the very fun

I was very happy with my stay, and with Kim, the property host. She was very responsive and offered some great recommendations in the area. The property itself was clean, comfortable, and accommodating. Dishes, coffee maker, washer and dryer, water bottles in the fridge, and other amenities were provided, which was greatly appreciated. The location itself was convenient and easy to get to and from to Bourbon Street and the French Quarter areas easily. I Ubered to and from, but one could easily bike back and forth if they wanted. All in all, I was very happy with my first stay in New Orleans, and would happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone planning a visit.

Everything was perfect .

My hostess woke me up the morning of my stay with the most amazing city recommendations. Also, was in the heart of town right next to the Zulu Club. Absolutely loved it.

Bigger towels maybe lol

The location is convenient, well-equipped, the parking was easy. The owner tools super good care of us, making sure we knew how to get there, where to move the car when the street flooded, that the apartment was in good order afterwards. I would repeat!

The door opens straight onto the street, but this is a minor concern.

The closeness to everything able to cook nice bar next door the owner was very helpful
