Me and my friend like the host, very nice, she's anwser really quick to our questions and she give us very good advice for our travel in New Orleans.

The only thing wich can be better is the location, is a little too far from the center to move by walk, but it's okay we use bikes in like 10 minutes we ar in the French Quarter.

It was private & around everything that we needed.. We were in the hood so it was nothing I wasn't use too.

Customer service was excellent. Ms Kim went out of her way to help us with anything we needed.

The location was a little concerning and the gate was hard to handle with the possibility of being stuck by nails

The host was very informative and available. The location was central and convenient. It was good price.

COUNT THE TOWELS UPON GOING IN The host charged me for towels That i never seen or used. The property is like a store front so you hear everything from outside. The lock you can’t lock from inside. So if theres multiple people you can’t leave without locking the other person in.

Kim was great and very helpful. Washer and dryer nice to have. Welcome nibbles, coffee and water in the fridge appreciated.
