It was a nice little place to stay. Liked the private entry.

Would have been nice to have a small living room or somewhere other than the bedroom to watch the TV, but I get that it's a small living space and gotta work with what you can.

Location, cleanliness

Missing WiFi Beds were very soft but its difficult for people like me with back pain. We need less soft bed

The property was clean and the beds were comfortable . Great location! Walking distance from Bourbon/French Quarters if you like to walk 😊 We were able to see a parade at the doorstep which was amazing . The host Kim was absolutely amazing, very friendly and gave great recommendations on places to go/eat . We enjoyed our stay and will most definitely be returning !

I loved everything about the property!

The location was convenient to the French Quarter. Our hostess, Kim, was so friendly and accommodating. She met us at our arrival to give us the keys and when we left, she was very gracious in letting us store our luggage in her shop, as our flight wasn't leaving until that evening. She gave us so many recommendations for local restaurants and bars. The price was very affordable.

The weather was colder than expected, so we were cold; there wasn't enough blankets on the bed.

Kim goes above and beyond to ensure all is prepared and ready for your arrival. The check in and check out processes are a breeze, and the property is clean, comfortable, safe, and in an excellent location. I am a frequent visitor to New Orleans, and will definitely remember this property for future stays.

The tv remote batteries were dying, but that’s just part of life and not against the property at all. I really don’t have any other complaints.

The property was clean. The host was welcoming.

The place is noisy as it is directly on the main street. I think it is overpriced for what is offered.

Location was ok. Close to the airport which was my main need.

Noise from the street and outside can be a bit loud.

Good location and price. Kim was very responsive and helpful. Lots of free parking.

Our room didn't have a sofa which was listed on the booking. The mattress was very uncomfortable and should be replaced; one side slanted to the middle. We had to stretch our sore backs each morning.
