"Fabulous base for a busy weekend"

We visited Honiton for a wedding and this was the perfect base. It had everything we needed, was spacious and good amenities. Finding the garden room was easy with parking at the property. The owners, although due to our busy schedule we didnā€™t get to meet them, were lovely and easy to get hold of. It was spacious and clean and in a great location.

"Comfortable stay"

The property was lovely and located where we needed it to be. The host was friendly and checked we were ok and on the day of arrival kept in contact sent a photo so location and key was easy to find. The place is tiny but perfect for us. Clean and tidy with comfortable bed and good shower.

"Perfect stay, great location, was in the area for a Wedding at Deer Park."

The host kindly left snacks, milk, drink facilities in the room. She was very helpful with directions and local knowledge. Was a great location for going to wedding at Deer park. The stay was great value compared to other options in the area. The room was cosy and great for a base to explore the local area.

"Excellent stay, happy with everything"

All instructions were easy to follow. Very nice garden room and met the host soon after arrival. They were very nice and happy to help with anything I needed. Tea and coffee provided with some biscuits, bananas and bread. Very good venue for the deer park wedding I was attending.

"Lovely stay in a snug cabin with dog friendly facilities, would stay again."

Great location, close to all amenities, very quiet at night for good nights sleep. Ample facilities for a short stay. Friendly hosts, willing to help if needed.

The basin in the toilet doubled up as a washing sink for clothes and food dishes.

It was clean and had everything we needed. Close to the high street but far enough away to be a little tranquil space of our own.
